Who we are

Hurshell Associates is a black-owned management consulting and training outsourcing firm that specializes in deploying experienced managers and training professionals to accomplish the workforce preparedness goals of its clients. Gilbert H. Scott founded the company in 1998 after a distinguished 25-year career with Xerox Corporation in senior management, sales and marketing.
