Who We Are:
Hurshell Associates is a black-owned management
consulting and training outsourcing firm that specializes in
deploying experienced managers and professionals to
accomplish the business objectives and goals of its clients.
Gilbert H. Scott founded the company in 1998 after a
distinguished 25-year career with Xerox Corporation in
senior management, sales and marketing.
What We Do:
The Hurshell core team is comprised of a network
of successful executives who assist our clients in sales,
marketing, human resources management, project management,
outsourcing, biotechnology, and information technology. Our
highly credentialed team of professionals is proficient in a
variety of state-of-the art management methods and
techniques.
Our team of educational experts conduct needs analysis,
design curriculum and evaluation tools, and deliver best
practices management solutions. They have conducted classes
worldwide in sales, customer service programs, and total
quality processes.

Our consultants are strategically located in the key
market areas throughout the US: Washington, DC, New York,
Los Angeles, Seattle, and San Francisco.
We meet our customers in a variety of industries all with
their own unique requirements. The application of our
consulting skills focuses primarily on business process
optimization, results driven solutions, creative marketing
and an action oriented executive coaching approach.
Hurshell Associates has demonstrated our ability to
deploy training nationally and internationally through our
core virtual team of 35 instructors who have logged over
400,000 student-training hours in the last four years. The
Hurshell team continuously displays its flexibility in
balancing customers’ needs for cost-effective solutions
while maintaining high quality standards of consulting.
