Incubation Management
We engage with clients in their infancy for full
business life-cycle assistance, including business plan
development, protection of intellectual property and
venture funding.
Hurshell Associates was responsible
for securing a US Army grant of $14 million for Amaox Ltd. to conduct
research for the treatment of chemical warfare victims
(mustard gas). This novel treatment has been nurtured,
shaped and guided by Hurshell’s Gil Scott through
all phases of development from the business plan to lobbying
the Senate and the House of Representatives to appropriate
funds to support this research. As active consultants, the
Hurshell team made presentations, attended conferences,
coached the founder, and established guidelines for the
strategic direction for Amaox and its research consortium to
follow.
The results from this effort could lead Amaox to
becoming a biotech company that exceeds $100 million revenue
in the next 5 years.
